Structural Integration
Structural Integration (SI) is a form of bodywork that works with the fascia and the skeletal system to change structural patterns that keep the body in dis-ease. Rather than focusing only on isolated symptoms, SI looks at how the entire body organizes itself in gravity.Through the process, the body finds greater, balance, adaptability, and ease. Building a strong foundation
Creating structural change in the body requires a stable foundation. Through the 10-Series, Structural Integration progressively works with the fascia and relationships between body segments, helping the body organize with greater balance and support around a vertical line.
As the series unfolds, long-held patterns of tension and compensation begin to unwind, often leading to greater alignment, freedom of movement, and overall ease.

The 10-Series
The 10-Series is a systematic progression of sessions that works with the body as an interconnected whole. As the series unfolds, fascia, muscles, and joints begin to organize into more balanced patterns, leading to improved mobility, posture, breathing, and overall body awareness.
Many people experience relief from chronic tension and discomfort during the process, but the deeper goal is not only symptom relief — it is creating more sustainable patterns of movement and support throughout the body.
Integration over time
The 10-Series creates the foundation for long-term structural change, but the process does not end there. Lasting change requires time for the body and nervous system to adapt and integrate new patterns of movement and support. Many people spend several months integrating the changes from the 10-Series and allowing the body to settle into a new pattern of support and organization before beginning advanced work.
Follow-up sessions are completed as shorter advanced series, often in the form of a 3-Series or 4-Series, with the intention of helping the structure continue toward greater organization, alignment, adaptability, and freedom of movement.

Take your 10-Series beyond the session
Many people ask what they can do between sessions to support their progress. The Body Transcendence Handbook was created as a companion throughout the Structural Integration process.
- Deepen body awareness — Reflect on the physical, mental, and emotional shifts that may arise during the series and develop a stronger mind-body connection.
- Stay engaged in the process — Integrate session changes into daily life through body awareness, mindful movement, standing cues, and personal observations.
- Reflect and explore — Inspirational quotes from Dr. Ida Rolf are woven throughout the journal to encourage reflection and support a new relationship with your body.

What sessions are like?
Sessions include hands-on fascial work, postural assessment, movement education, and increased awareness of habitual movement patterns. The work is collaborative and designed to help clients experience greater support, ease, and connection throughout the body.
Is Structural Integration right for you?
Structural Integration may benefit people experiencing chronic tension, postural strain, movement limitations, recurring discomfort, or a desire for greater body awareness. It can also support athletes, movement practitioners, and individuals interested in long-term structural change rather than temporary relief alone.
