Structural Integration
Structural Integration is a process-oriented system of bodywork designed to improve posture, movement efficiency, flexibility, and chronic pain by working with the body’s fascial and structural relationships. Through the 10-Series and advanced sessions, the body is supported toward greater balance, alignment, and integration.
Prenatal Connective Tissue Massage
Pregnancy brings profound structural and postural changes to the body. Prenatal Connective Tissue Massage supports these transitions by working with fascial relationships, helping improve comfort, mobility, and overall well-being throughout pregnancy.
Continuing Education
Continuing education offerings are designed to support massage therapists and bodyworkers through hands-on training and fascia-informed approaches. Courses include Connective Tissue Massage training and future online educational opportunities.
